Any time you make a sale, or purchase, DecEzy tracks the stock levels (by size and color, if applicable), and updates them automatically. This means that at a glance, you know if you can fulfil a job for a customer, or if you are going to need to order stock in.
It should be noted, that the use of stock control is not mandatory. Most of DecEzy’s stock control functionality (including reservations, and automatic ordering) will work, even if you are not trying to accurately track stock levels within DecEzy.

These can either be linked to a specific customer, meaning only this customer can use it (and is easily accessible for that customer), or left generic (unlinked), meaning it can be used by any customer.
Records are kept of when decoration have been used for a customer, allowing you to easily add them again to jobs in the future.
DecEzy keeps a history of all decoration usage, including what items they were applied to. When entering new jobs in the future, you can search through this customers previous decoration usage, and add one that was used in the past.
